Reservation system supervision and weekly email contacts and calls to confirm tours in order to meet the shareholders needs.
HR MANAGEMENT
We select, hire and manage all the staff (captain available) and avoid undesirable surprises.
DEFAULT INSURANCE
If one or nine shareholders do not pay for the maintenance or the monthly fees, TOYLUX will be responsible for the defaulters duties without affecting the other members.
MAINTENANCE AND REVISIONS
Prices and suppliers surveys, services and repairs supervision, guarantee claims, material search, preventive revisions and usage checkups (4 in total). Tranquility from well maintained assets.
COSTS MANAGEMENT
Repairs and maintenance from misuse are repaired immediately by TOYLUX. We are responsible for contacting the shareholder and we take the measures provided in the contract. You do not need to have conflicts.
DAMAGES INSURANCE
Any damage caused by shareholders not covered by the policy will be immediately repaired by TOYLUX. The responsible for the damage will be invoiced for that later, if not identified, TOYLUX will bear the loss.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Before the rides, the asset is cleaned and usage checkups are done. After the tours, the engine is checked and cleaning, maintenance, and routine inspections are done.
